Who doesn’t love a red title dress?? This floral piece has been coming with me on weekend trips, on date nights and even to a fun event and never disappoints. It’s a dress that I know I will keep weating for years! The retro style in the sleeves is super fun, the low-cut collar detail adds a flirty side to it but still classy but what truly sold it for me was the deep red color with minimal floral print because is perfect for this Spring!
“The red little dress I can’t stop wearing”
Of course I can’t live without a great pair of sunnies! You might have seen me wear these lately, I’m obsessed and I linked them below. To top it off I added this perfect red lip color from It Cosmetics in Wine Berry Flush to make the look pop <3 I’ve been loving this brand lately! From my liquid and powder makeup with sunscreen, to eyeshadows and lip color, It Cosmetics has been a favourite of mine.
Also I’m all for affordable pieces that look luxe and these white mules do just that. They are from the Who What Wear Collection for Target Style and I cannot stop wearing them!! They are so fun to style and most of all I’ve been very impressed with the beautiful pieces they keep adding to the collection. If you guys haven’t check it out, YOU SHOULD! Trust me on this one…

What I wore: (Unfortunately some of these pieces are sold out but I found very similar looks from the same brand)
Like I was saying in my last post, Spring is just around the corner and with it comes Coachella!! That means enjoying the desert, listening to the best music and of course wearing fun outfits so I figured it was time to start posting my Inspo Looks for festival season. Here we go…
My first Coachella inspired look of the year is with Amuse Society. One of my favorite brands because of their bohemian & free spirit style. And that’s exactly the vibes I got from this two piece I wore on this post.
I PUT TOGETHER THIS LOOK FOR ALL MY FESTIVAL LOVERS AT HEART!!
I think the high waisted pants that tie-up in the front, combined with the off shoulder crop top make a great choice for Coachella. Why?? Because it’s perfectly comfy to be wearing ALL day long, the fabric is extremely light so it won’t betray you under the desert heat and the striped print add just the right amount of edge to the overall look. Simple as that!
That said, no look is complete without accessories. You have to make it our own right?? Starting with a hat to be protected from the sun and because let’s face it, it makes the outfit look more interesting <3 Mine is from Hat Attack , they have a beautiful collection but this one I really love!!
Next I styled with my latest loves… my new sunnies from EyeBuy Direct . I love the silver color of the lenses and the metal frame is beautiful and goes perfect with any look. I also layered 3 necklaces and my stacked up on my favorite earrings to finish the look.

Last but not least a crossbody is always my go to for these type of events, I chose a camel tone in suede fabric, super light bag so I barely feel the weight. But most important of all wear comfortable shoes!!! NO MATTER WHAT you will be sorry if you don’t so trust me on this one. I chose my laced-up, low wedge sandals which are just about the comfiest shoe aside from a sneaker.
And that completes the first COACHELLA Inspo Look! I will be posting a variety of Festival Ready Outfits in the next coming weeks, so follow along my Insta-Stories to keep up with the latest. Thanks for stopping by…
Who else is excited for Spring?? I am so ready to put away my winter stuff that I decided to do a Pre-Spring post. For this look I shot with a new friend photographer, her name is Jessica Vidana. We connected though Social Media (I love how that is so normal and easy to do these days) and I just loved her work! We ended up getting together in person and I’m so glad we did because besides being very talented, she’s also really sweet and easy to shoot with! So it turned out to be a very fun afternoon trying not to laugh long enough to take the photos, running away from scary pigeons at the pier and just creating beautiful content together.
And that’s the thing with blogging, I always end up connecting with other creatives out there, getting inspired by one another and it’s amazing seeing each other grow. This is one of the main reasons why I love doing what I do! Without Wander With Love I wouldn’t get the opportunity to meet all these amazing people around me, so I am always happy to share talented creatives I meet along the way in the hopes that you will be inspired too.
Now I know Spring isn’t here yet but I’m anxiously waiting for it! So on the rare days when we get warmer weather, I bring out my light dresses and enjoy my pre-Spring outfits. Plus it puts me in the mood to get inspired for the festival season! I feel like it’s just around the corner and there is so much to plan. Every year on the month of April there are so many exciting blogging events, parties, music to be enjoyed and fun road trips that I seriously cannot wait!!
But we’re still one month away so at least for now I can enjoy my little glimpses of Spring with dresses like this one. Reformation just knows how to cut a nice dress, they always work with the perfect fabrics and have them in the liveliest colors. I am forever obsessed with them them!
I also love that the cat eye sunglasses came back. I never really let this trend go but now I feel like I can wear them all the time, plus these are so affordable!! A must have for sure.
And off course my favorite accessories. If you know me, you know I love wearing dainty gold jewellery ALWAYS and FOREVER! Whether it’s a nice timeless piece of jewellery or a trendy affordable piece, I go with gold 100% of the time. I wear these with everything! I’ve linked them below…
For all of you creatives: Always feel free to connect with one another! You never know where it might take you or what you might learn. I’m always looking to discover new and talented people out there, so if you feel I should check out a specific account, brand or content creator then please comment below. I’d love to check them out!
Spring is one of my favorite seasons. Wearing light colors and fabrics, spending my days outside enjoying the sun, it makes my days so much better! Plus it’s finally the perfect weather for wearing rompers again and you already know how much I loved them. Like this one from Bishop & Young. The print is very subtle and beautiful and the colors complement each other perfectly. I’m in love with it! And it’s the perfect piece to pack on a little weekend getaway. Keep reading to find more key pieces to pack…
One of my best friends Melissa , helped me take these amazing photos and do my makeup. We had the best time driving around and findings cute spots to shoot, hanging out all day and having sushi <3 (our favorite thing to do!) It was just a really great day. And I love how these turned out! She’s a great photographer and makeup artist. Right now she is working on getting an account focussed on her creative side, so I’ll share it with you guys when it’s ready so you can check her amazing work!
Now, about achieving the perfect little “getaway look”. Here are 4 simple steps you can follow:
Get a statement piece. In this case the hat would be mine, I like covering my face from the sun as much as I can. Plus it makes the outfit more interesting!
Finding a cute but comfortable look. Loose clothes always help get those vacation vibes going. Plus you will be able to enjoy your trip better!
Go light on the accessories. Just find a couple pieces that go with most of your outfits, that way you can mix and layer as you go. Gorjana always have the cutest!
Comfortable shoes without sacrificing style! I always find that wedges are the perfect travel shoe. They give you the height but you can still walk in them all day and not get tired. Plus they work perfect day or night, so you save space! Win-win situation, right?
This week I’ve been thinking a lot about personal style. With the festival season around the corner, its hard not to be trend crazy over all these boho styles. But does that mean I need to change my whole wardrobe for it?? The answer is no. Here are 3 tips on how to survive it:
“Its all about understanding what style is best for you.“ I like sticking to what works for me and Im a strong believer that you shouldn’t buy into every single trend out there. Understanding your personal style is so important! You don’t want to lose your identity over all the “must have items” everyone says you need.
“One, maybe two new items.” A little detail here and there keeps things fun. Like the choker coming back.. am I right?? Who didn’t love it in their teens years, I know I did! BUT don’t go trend crazy.. pay attention to what works for you and don’t let the festival season leave you broke, fast trends are never worth it!
“Learning balance.” You can adopt a trend that feels right for you but you don’t need to go ahead and buy the whole store. Like this crochet lace top, its perfect for the season.. carefree but not too hippie so I know I’ll be wearing it many more times this year!
Try it! You will make a better impression by sticking to your style and your wallet with definitely thank you for it.
Lately I’ve been reading a lot about blogging, other blogger’s experience in the industry, how they started and how they continue to grow. We all have a different thing we bring to the table, different styles, we come from a different background and I find it very interesting! So I got inspired and would like to share what’s worked for me. I am NO expert but when I first started blogging almost a year ago, I wished there was someone out there who could give me real tips on how to do it. So every month I’ll try to share little tips and tricks I’ve learned and help you grow.
For starters let me say that its not as glamorous as it seems! Your job as a fashion blogger is to inspire people, to show them how to style current trends and to make it seem effortless. When there’s nothing effortless about it. Truth is, I always end up changing in my car in between shoots, I put myself out there every single day and reach out to others and I will spend a considerable amount of time taking the perfect photo with the right angle and light in the hope to inspire others. But even after that, when it comes to Instagram we all use apps and tricks to enhance our photos, so these are the ones I use:
EDITING
PicsArt: I love it! Easy to use and somehow at the end of editing, the quality of your photo magically improves. I use this one a lot. Then..
Facetune: I use this one to whiten photos, I hate it when I have white details in my photo and they came out yellow. So use the whiten brush. Also you can smooth skin which makes it look a little more professional. DO NOT OVER DO IT. You don’t want to look fake and honestly, perfect is boring so just use it only when necessary.
VSCO: I use this one to plan my future Instagram posts. If you go to library, they have the same layout as Instagram so it makes it easier for me to see if my next photo will go with the aesthetic of my feed.
Retouch: I use this one a lot because I shoot in dirty LA all the time and no matter how careful you are, when going through photos I always end up seeing dark spots on the ground and it bothers me like you wouldn’t believe. So I use clone stamp and brush to clean it up or clone any part of the wall that gives me trouble.
And yes I do this with almost every single photo on my feed.
ENGAGEMENT
But that is not enough. Posting a pretty photo is just step one. You need to have real engagement with your followers. Don’t be lazy, if people take the time to write a comment on your photo (blog or social media accounts) then show appreciation and answer them. I get busy and sometimes I’ll take a while to reply but I try to do it as much as I can. Also don’t just say ”Aw Cute” and expect people to care. If you are leaving a comment, say something real and show your personality! Its an opportunity to show them who yo are. Remember, people can always tell when you’re being fake so go for real engagement. Another thing I’ve learned is that you shouldn’t be afraid to ask people questions! If I like the way someone edited their blog post or have a photography question, I’ll email them and in a respectful and honest way, I will compliment their work and ask any questions I may have. Most of the time people get back to me and are truly happy to see that their work and effort is not going unnoticed, so don’t be shy.
NETWORKING
Everyone and I do mean everyone should care about this. But specially if you’re starting out because you should definitely reach out to local bloggers around you, again don’t be shy! Thats the first thing I did. Go to events in your community and when you do, don’t spend the entire time in a corner staring at your phone, TALK to people. I’ve met some of my best friends this way; you need to get your name out there. Hey, Im an introvert so trust me I know how hard and intimidating it can be, BUT once you start it becomes so much easier! Now I don’t even think about it. I love meeting new and talented people, it inspires me.
Quick story…. I remember the first time I attended an event by myself. It was Create and Cultivate last year. I was supposed to go with a blogger friend and in the end she couldn’t make it. Did I miss the event?? NO. I had only been blogging for 3 months, was under 500 followers on Instagram and still figuring things out. But I decided I wanted to meet people that were doing the same thing I was doing, so I didn’t get intimidated and went. I mean I was still a little nervous because it was a huge event and there were some serious bloggers there. But to my surprise, from the moment I parked and started walking over I had already met 4 bloggers, easy as that. And as the day went on I got so many business cards (of course I followed up), met so many interesting people and got to meet my favorites like Aimee Song from Song Of Style, Julia Engel from Gal Meets Glam and Devon from Devon Rachel. They gave me some of the best advise I’ve ever gotten and it was nice to find out that they were some of the nicest and most down to earth women I’ve ever met.
It’s still January, the beginning of the year so get out your calendars and mark down every single event you can find! Trust me its the best way to connect with people so you dont want to miss out.
Next time I’ll get more into detail with things I’ve learned over this past year. For now I leave you with my season transitional look. But check out 5 Things I Wish I Knew When I Started Blogging post if you are looking for more tips on how to blog.
