Who doesn’t love a red title dress?? This floral piece has been coming with me on weekend trips, on date nights and even to a fun event and never disappoints. It’s a dress that I know I will keep weating for years! The retro style in the sleeves is super fun, the low-cut collar detail adds a flirty side to it but still classy but what truly sold it for me was the deep red color with minimal floral print because is perfect for this Spring!
“The red little dress I can’t stop wearing”
Of course I can’t live without a great pair of sunnies! You might have seen me wear these lately, I’m obsessed and I linked them below. To top it off I added this perfect red lip color from It Cosmetics in Wine Berry Flush to make the look pop <3 I’ve been loving this brand lately! From my liquid and powder makeup with sunscreen, to eyeshadows and lip color, It Cosmetics has been a favourite of mine.
Also I’m all for affordable pieces that look luxe and these white mules do just that. They are from the Who What Wear Collection for Target Style and I cannot stop wearing them!! They are so fun to style and most of all I’ve been very impressed with the beautiful pieces they keep adding to the collection. If you guys haven’t check it out, YOU SHOULD! Trust me on this one…

What I wore: (Unfortunately some of these pieces are sold out but I found very similar looks from the same brand)
Okay so here it is! Many of you were asking me where to find this bodysuit I posted on my Instagram a few days ago, I tagged the brand but I know it sold out on their website so I decided to link where to find it on this post. I’ve always got your back!
It’s the bodysuit of my dreams! I wish I had it in every single color and fabric (not even kidding). I specially love the leather on the straps, it’s such a beautiful detail…
It’s a look that works for me when I’m out all day but can throw on a jacket around sunset for the cooler LA breeze we get and head out to my next event or even cocktail hour!
And of course you know me, 99% of the time I wear gold jewelry so I accessorized with my favorite pieces and with the black ankle boots and jacket it makes a nice contrast…
Slowly we are starting to layer up over here in SoCal and I’m stating to have fun with it!
Minimal style for Valentines! This holiday is just around the corner, so I put together a simple and chic look to wear for this cute occasion <3 Whether you spend it with your friends, family or your significant other this is the perfect look for it. It’s comfy to wear but a statement piece at the same time, so what’s not to love?
Now, if there is anything you need to know about me is that I ALWAYS love to dress up for specific occasions. Christmas, New Years, First day of Spring, 4th of July, Halloween… you name it! So of course, Valentines is no different. To me it’s the perfect excuse to have fun with your outfit so here it is…
The jacket is from Make Me Chic . This website has very affordable and cute clothes, so it’s perfect for shopping the latest trends without spending a ton of money. They have this jacket for $33.90 so it’s a great deal and I can see myself wearing it a lot. The trick to wearing pieces like these is to style them with basic items! That way it doesn’t look overdone or messy and let’s face it will be less of a headache when you’re trying to get ready in the morning. Simple is always best.
If you follow me on Instagram you have already taken a peek at my weekend getaway! But in case you haven’t I will share some of the exciting details with you. I got the pleasure of working with Vogue and SIMON a global Outlet company all across North America, Europe and Asia. They invited me and a great group of bloggers and influencers in the fashion industry on a weekend getaway to Palm Springs for a shopping spree! We got to stay at The Saguaro Hotel (which you probably remember for its colorful sights) and yes, it’s just as beautiful as in the pictures! And got to shop all day at Desert Hills Premium Outlet, a girls dream come true right? I mean we jumped from Gucci, to Prada, to YSL , Valentino and pretty much every single one of my favorite brands, where they were waiting for us with champagne to help us shop.
Now, I have to confess that I had never been to this outlet before so I honestly did not know what to expect, but I swear I fell in love with it! They had every single store I could think of, the deals we found were amazing and everyone I talked to was so nice, which to me is VERY important when Im shopping.
This was our group! Coming into this I wasn’t sure who I would be seeing this weekend, but I appreciated so much that every person in this photo and every single person behind the scenes taking it were unbelievably nice and so fun to work with! I am truly happy I got to meet them all..
I got caught snapchatting on our way there! And yes that is my favorite filter (don’t judge) If you don’t already, you can follow my Snaps for behind the scenes on this and other fun campaigns here.. Username: ERIKAVM
We then checked in at The Saguaro Hotel where we each got our own room and got to enjoy everything this beautiful hotel has to offer. My first impression was how vibrant and trendy this hotel is. I have seen it over an over in other people’s travels but had yet to see it for myself and let me tell you, I loved it! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the decor was original and artistic but what stood out the most was how friendly the staff was, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.
After checking in I got ready for a fun dinner & cocktails “al fresco” style at the hotel’s beautiful gardens!! Just look at the amazing set up they had for us..
And of course I pretty much died over every single blogger’s outfit this weekend, I love each of their unique sense of style and I’m pretty sure Im not the only one, am I right? We wrapped the night with a group photo with flowers that we may or may not have stolen from the centerpieces at dinner.. Can’t pass a good photo prop right??
But all joking aside, this was one of the most fun campaigns I have ever been in. I loved everything, from the amazing bloggers that came, to The Saguaro Hotel amazing employees and decor, to the helpful retail assistants at Desert Hills Premium Outlets, to the entire crew that made this weekend possible. As a blogger you get good events and not so good ones, but let me say with all honesty that this was most definitely one of the BEST ones! I loved sharing this experience with you and I hope you liked it too.
Anyone else obsessed with the sleeveless long coats? They are the perfect Fall item. So far in LA it’s not cold enough for a full coat, but I’ve definitely needed an extra layer so this style solves the problem. And its more interesting than just wearing a plain light sweater right? I have one in white, cream, grey and this black one but if you happen to see one in soft pink let me know! <3
I styled mine with a shoulder striped crop top, my suede high-waisted skirt and favorite black ankle boots. They are all affordable items from Zara, Bishop & Young and H&M, I’ve linked the looks below..
This summer I am very open to try new styles! I want to give my closet a a bit of a spin and this Spring/Summer Bomber Jackets have made a surprising come back. And I say surprising because I never and I do mean literally NEVER thought I would try this trend. Bomber jackets always bothered me to be honest but with the thought in mind of trying something new and getting out of my comfort zone for you guys, I’ thought I would give it a try! And guess what?? I loved it. It’s such a lovely and fun look to wear. I particularly loved this one because of the flower print which you guys know I’m all up for and the lines along the sleeves are a nice touch!
Bomber jackets have gone from a bulky silhouette with heavy fabrics, to a more slim style with more delicate materials. You see them in silks and satins or with prints like mine. And how you style it is up to you! You can either throw it on top of a little black dress for a night out or you can style it the way I wore it, with your favourite jeans and sleek heels. The point is to make it your own. I added a bright pink lipstick to keep it fun and I’m ready to go.
I want to know what you guys think. Are you a fan of this jacket or do you think it should go to the back of your closets? Let me know on the comments below..
Lately I’ve been very inspired by soft colors. There’s something soothing about the cream and pale blue jeans combo that helps turn my busy day into a more relaxed & breezy one. I mean sure, Spring is all about the rich hues and Im usually the first to jump at any excuse to ad some color to my day, BUT lets not shy away from lighter tones. Its a classic that you can easily put an edge to, I dare you to reinvent neutrals;)
Fashion has always been a big part of my life so Im always on the look for new sources of inspiration, whether it comes from color, a new boutique, a twist on a existing brand or new designers out there. But lately I’ve been obsessing over one particular brand. Ever since Marissa Webb took over Banana Republic, the brand has evolved beautifully. Without going too far from what its base customer is used to, BR came up with a fresh + more chic look and Im definitely a fan! Its boy meets girl done right. Of course I couldn’t help but be inspired so here’s my take on it… with distressed jeans to keep it casual, nude heels and the organic feel of a lace blouse Im ready to go!
